Arborfield Wapiti Library
Arborfield Wapiti Library continues to be an
integral part of our community. Their focus is on providing great
service to the readers of our community.
Their
hours will
are:
Tuesday – 11:30 am – 6:00 pm
Thursday – 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
Arborfield Library is collecting
``character`` cake pans.
These pans will be available to our members.
Stop in to see what we currently have available or to donate your
``character`` pans.
With spring gardening soon
happening, Arborfield Library
has extra garden seeds to be shared.
How often do you end up with half a packet of something that
never gets used or you have flowers going to seed, this is a great
opportunity to share your excess seeds with your community.
Bring to the Library your excess seeds to be shared with other
avid gardeners.
If you are ever looking for a neat Halloween costume,
check as the library has costumes available. What a great central
point for those costumes you no longer want.
For the younger children,
StoryTime
is happening every Thursday at 10:30 am.
For the older readers, you are
encouraged to join Book Club which meets about once a month.
Stop in and ask
Julie for more details.
Check us out on Facebook and
``like`` our Facebook page
to ensure you are aware of the interesting programs the Library is
organizing for you and your children. Julie has been
very busy organizing evening activities like Pour Paint Class or a Plant
Class in the spring. She is always coming up with new ideas for
classes happening at the library!
Also have you asked her about Hoopla and the digital newspapers and
magazines?? Where else can you get access to about 1,600
newspapers for free using your current Wapiti Library Card?
This site has been funded by Arborfield CAP through Industry
Canada.
